Not Receiving Points for Pop Quiz (After Subscription)
If a user, who is already a member of Bitkub Academy, correctly answers a Pop Quiz question but does not receive the accumulated points (Points), they can report the issue with the following details:
Details Required from the User
User's email address
Phone number registered with Bitkub Next
Name of the Pop Quiz attempted (with a screenshot)
Number of accumulated points not received
Submit the Details to Bitkub Academy's Contact Channels
Visit the website at https://support.bitkubacademy.com/ and select "Submit a ticket"
Category: Choose “Report an issue”
Sub Category: Select “Pop Quiz Activity”
Item: Choose “Did not receive the correct accumulated points”
Description: Fill in the required details completely

The Bitkub Academy team will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
