Taking a Pop Quiz and Not Earning Points (Subscribed)

Not Receiving Points for Pop Quiz (After Subscription)


If a user, who is already a member of Bitkub Academy, correctly answers a Pop Quiz question but does not receive the accumulated points (Points), they can report the issue with the following details:


Details Required from the User

  • User's email address

  • Phone number registered with Bitkub Next

  • Name of the Pop Quiz attempted (with a screenshot)

  • Number of accumulated points not received


Submit the Details to Bitkub Academy's Contact Channels

  1. Visit the website at https://support.bitkubacademy.com/ and select "Submit a ticket"

  2. Category: Choose “Report an issue

  3. Sub Category: Select “Pop Quiz Activity

  4. Item: Choose “Did not receive the correct accumulated points

  5. Description: Fill in the required details completely


Example of Reporting an Issue

Email: academy@bitkub.com

Phone Number: 090-1234567

Name of Pop Quiz: Pop Quiz for July 20, 2566 (2023) at 12.00 pm

Number of Accumulated Points Not Received: 10 points


Details:

I participated in the Pop Quiz on July 20, 2566 (2023) and answered the question correctly, but did not receive the 10 accumulated points as expected.


Attached is the screenshot of the Pop Quiz attempted.
